Large Social Events
A processing fee will be added to all the rental costs depending on payment methods.
Great Room Rental
Price includes five hours for an event during which alcohol will be served. An additional hourly charge for events lasting longer. For weddings, set up the day before, or earlier in the day, is included if available.
Kitchen Rental
Must be used by a licensed caterer immediately before, during and immediately after the event.
Large Social Event Amenities

Breakout Rooms
For weddings, two rooms are included in the price to get ready. Other events or additional rooms are $50 per room per event.
Audio/Visual Rental
Price includes our staff operator (no outside operators permitted). Additional hours are $25 each.
Piano Rental
Must be used as part of the event's entertainment. Piano not available for children or to be used as prop for photos.

Price includes four hours for an event that will not include alcohol. Price ranges from $100 for events with less than 50 people using chairs only to $350 for events with 200 people using table and chairs.

Projection screen and a portable projector are available for a charge. Microphone and podium are available at no charge. Large monitors and built-in projector unit require FPC trained personnel at a fee of $50/2 hours.
